Advancing Community Development

The Seeds of Seven Generations Foundation is excited to bring forth an ever growing endowment that will benefit the Cheyenne and Arapaho people for generations to come.

Donations will be used that will create a financial fund that will generate a permanent, long-term income.

• The original donation amount (called the principal or corpus) is saved and never spent.

• The principal is invested in a mix of assets like stocks, bonds, and real estate to grow over time.

• The investment returns generate income. A small, controlled portion of these earnings will support the Cheyenne and Arapaho Education Department, Health Department, and Cultural Museum each year.

• The remaining earnings will stay in the fund, fight inflation, and increase the principal for years to come.
